Hi,

hope all well.

Child born outside UK
child lived 10 years lawful residency no breaks.
all schooling and currently in college in UK
3 weeks absents during 10 years.
Parent is British Citizen and two sibling also British Citizen
Current status application FLR pending with HO.


i would like to apply for registration , but bit confused about pending application. as this is not immigration application and there is no immigration status requirement needed.

mother applying for ilr once she gets decision

i m only confused about child pending application although child is covered by 3C any idea?
