ILR aplication submission date as per current 5 year ILR rule

Hi,

I came to the UK in 2017 through ICT and moved to a Skilled Work visa in 2021 in the UK.
1. Initial Skilled Work visa application 4th July 2021
2. Biometrics 27th July 2021
3. Decision received: 22nd August 2021
4. Extension submitted: 11th July 2023
5. Extension approved 3rd September
6. current Visa valid: 24th July 2026
I would like expert advice: when can I submit my ILR application as per the current UK immigration 5-year rule?

Your earliest date of ILR eligibility is (22nd August 2021 + 5 years - 28 days)
