Out-of-court settlement disclosure

Post by gholamkabuj » Sun May 17, 2026 6:49 pm

Hello,

2 years ago, I was stopped on a train without a valid ticket. Later, the company sent me a SPJN and offered me an "administrative disposal" if I paid some fee. I did pay it and they dropped the SPJN via something they called "administrative disposal" which is effectively out-of-court settlement. Now, I am changing my visa status, and I wonder if I should disclose that incident in response to "whether I have received any caution, warning, reprimand, or other out-of-court penalties"?

Thank you very much!
