B1 speaking and listening

My wife extension is due this nov 2026. I am employed in my own company taking wages. She is on old rout 18600 so i guess same rule will apply on extension , i have few queries

Which year income i need to show coz company year is SEP to AUG,

my wife passed B1 on entry clearance for spouse visa, now the extension is due in 4 months. does this B1 is ok for extension as well or she needs to pass any other english test

That's all she needs for any other application to be made in the future. Until something changes, if it changes.
