What you see described is a totally generic statement pointing to Section 3C. After visa expiry, a pending in-time application will give you protection under Section 3C until a decision is made, or until you exhaust your appeal/AR rights.
the eVisa status did show the 3C state until yesterday morning. stating the standard 3C status that was extended by my application for settlement under Set DV:zimba wrote: ↑Sat Jun 13, 2026 4:29 pmWhat you see described is a totally generic statement pointing to Section 3C. That is all. It does NOT tell you anything else about your pending application at all. You should expect to see this if you are under section 3C, I assume
When you have a pending application and under section 3C, you cannot leave the UK as that will end your section 3C.prepass wrote: ↑Sun Jun 14, 2026 11:15 amif 3C leave is only valid for 14 days on refusal for in country applications then the valid until date of July 10th seems contradictory. because on refusals there is no grace period per se. if there is no application for admin review wiithin 14 days then those days would be counted as overstayed.
so i'm not sure how i ended up getting 28 full days in which i can even travel in/out of the country.
