How to confirm if SheffieldStudentTeam received my additional documents for Student Visa application?

Post by imranfarid » Thu Jun 18, 2026 5:52 am

Greetings.

I am a CSE graduate from Bangladesh. I applied to University of Liverpool, UK for MSC Advanced Data Science & AI programme and got my CAS letter. Having applied for Student VISA with biometric, I received an email from noreply@fcdos.gov.uk on 11th June stating that they require additional information, such as documents to demonstrate what I've been doing since graduation. They also said to email the documents to Sheffieldstudentteam.docrequestsOOC@homeoffice.govuk. (the email was incorrect, i think they forgot a period between gov and uk). So i sent the verifiable documents to SheffieldStudentTeam.DocRequestsOOC@homeoffice.gov.uk on 15th june. But I have not obtained any confirmation and don't know whether they received the documents or not. Is there any way to confirm if they received the documents?

Thanks in advance!

You may get an answer by contacting Sheffield University on the website link given to track your application.
