ILR Set O - Super Priority Timeline after asking for updated employer letter

Dear All,

I had my bio on 2nd June for ILR Set O under super priority and had an email from UKVI on 4th June 8:40 AM asking for new employer letter as my original was missing SOC code and I submitted on the same day by 3 PM.

No ack for the email I sent and also no decision emails. How long usually takes in this scenario ? My Super priority become standard because they asked for updated letter from employer ?

They get back to you when they are done with their checks. You do not get an acknowledgment

Thanks a lot for prompt response. As priority service it suppose to come sooner but its been 11 working days now .. some received within 3-5 working days. Are there any timeline like 2 to 3 weeks etc ? As standard takes months and I'm concerned of my elderly parents and need to travel if needed , that's the reason I applied for super priority.

The reason I feel mine is straightforward because I'm in UK from 2016(ICT visa) and then switched to skilled worker in 2021. Had a promotion in 2024 and HR reported visa SMS system and my soc code is 2133 and salary is above 70K.

There are no guarantees when it comes to timelines. Priority service has no guarantees. So if they need something from you, your application will take a bit longer, however it should not be that long. You should expect an answer within days rather than weeks, if all is good with them.
