My situation is slightly confusing, and I would like to ensure I submit the correct documents.
I hold a naturalisation certificate, which shows my current name and surname after marriage, and also includes my maiden surname. I originally entered the UK with a passport in my maiden surname; however, this passport has since been cancelled. I have subsequently renewed my passport twice, and both of these passports are in my current married name.
For my application, I understand that I need to provide the following documents:
Naturalisation or registration certificate
The passport used to enter the UK (either a colour photocopy of every page including blank pages, or the physical passport)
Any current or expired passports from other countries that have not been cancelled
Could you please confirm whether, in my case, I should submit my naturalisation certificate along with my current valid passport (colour photocopy of all pages is sufficient), or whether you also require any additional documents related to my previous passport used for entry into the UK, even though it has already been cancelled?
I would appreciate your guidance to ensure I provide the correct documentation.
Kind regards,
