Do i need an inspection report for spouse visa extension (FLR) ?

Hello,

I am due to apply for spouse visa extension for my wife. Its the first extension. She is on 5 year route. I need to ask what documents do i need to fulfil the accommodation requirement? I live with my wife and daughter at my moms house. My mother is the tenancy holder. Its a 4 bedroom property and there are 7 occupants at the property. Me and my wife and daughter who is under 2 in one room, my 2 brothers who each have a room, and my parents in one room.
Can someone tell me the documents i need to provide and if i need to provide a council property inspection report? It costs £175 so i dont know whethers it worth it. Kindly help me.
