Help with Application for Extension

Hi All,
In the application the are asking if the husband has D any other children in the UK that are not applying on this application? The children are from his ex-wife and they are British.

Does he need to answer yes, and if he does, the problem is that they are asking for evidences where they are living currently and also their relation with the current wife. They are alos asking for the following:

I would like to include the following optional evidence

Evidence of Mrs (current wife) access to (Child), such as a written agreement between both parents or a child arrangement order

Evidence of Mrs (current wife) parental relationship with (Child), such as a birth or adoption certificate, proof of financial contributions to the child’s well-being or general evidence demonstrating concern and interest in the child
Please provide as much evidence as you can and include this with this application.
