Email for applying to naturalization - ID pal

Hi all,

I am planning to apply for naturalization. Ive applied previously with an email ID for all my stamps. Currently i am unable to access my account due to ID pal link expiry and i am not getting any response from the account team for a new link for over a month now.
Is it possible that i could apply with a new mail ID for my application?

You submit naturalisation applications on a different portal which needs a different account and doesn't need ID Pal

To track your application or submit any queries you will need to use the portal you have been using after you've got your ID pal sorted out, or with a new account.
