Application Form for Tier1 (General)

Hi

Im planning to apply for Tier 1. I've download the form from the below site

http://www.ukba.homeoffice.gov.uk/sitec ... er1general

But the application forms are available only in .pdf format not in Work Format. Can anyone help me get a word format of the application?

Please note, Im applying for Tier 1 (General) from inside UK

If not can anyone share their thoughts to say if they have applied in writting.
