Hi All,

Could anyone here to help me as I am confused! I have applied for the visa extension while my appeal is pending, now I got the letter confirming the date of appeal from AIT. What I must do now? Will it be a problem? Is it possible me to write AIT and tell that I lodged an application and waiting for it?, but I've included all the letters from AIT when i applying for the visa! I havn't heard anything from BHC.

I wouldn't have thought a new visa application would be considered while any appeal process is outstanding.

I do not think so , because the will treat the new application as fresh one . But it could be nice if you could have wait untill your appeal past . But do not worry because it happened to me but I wait after my appeal befor making another application.
