Are dependants needed at Croydon office for ILR

Post by Titanic999 » Fri Feb 06, 2009 2:34 pm

Hi,

One of my friends has appointment at Croydon office for his PR application.
As far as I know, we need to take all the dependants along with us for PR application.
Just wanted to confirm with experienced people in this board: Is there any rule change recently that no need for dependants to accompany the main applicant.
My friend has wife and his 5 yrs old daughter.

Appreciate your time and help.

Regards,
T

Hi,

Two of my friends went alone and got the ILR stamped for their dependents too. They just asked for the pass certificate for the Life in UK test.. and thats it..

All the best...

You dont need to take any dependents to get the PR. I have done my PR in Birmingham and I got stamped for myself, wife and kid - without having to carry them.

Ring them and check it out.
