ILR Guidance SET O

Dear All,

On the SET O Guidance form it says

"You and any dependants who are applying with you
should apply before the end of your/their permitted stay
in the UK. There is a qualifying period to complete in
most of the categories on this form. That period runs
from the date on which you were granted leave to enter
or remain in this capacity."

I got entry clearance from Mumbai on 12-Mar-2004 but entered UK on 28-Mar-2004

So can i apply 28 days prior to 12-Mar or is 28 days prior to 28-Mar-2009

are you kidding, this is such a basic question and asked so many times.
if you entered 2 years later would you still apply 5 years from entry clearance??

Your 5 year clock started on 28th March. If you are intending to apply through PEO u better urry up in seeking the appointment!!!
