ILR Query

Hi All,

I am on HSMP completed my 5 year recently and planning to apply for ILR soon.
My current visa expires in Jan 2011 as it was renewed Jan 2008. Do i need to send bank statement and P60 for the last 5 years or 1 year or only last 3-6 months?

Hello Jay,
My understanding, you should be submitting all the payslips and bank statements since your last extension i.e. from Jan 2008. You need to submit p60's for all 5 years.
