Form AN query

Hi Friends,
I'm applying for Naturalization this month and I have a query in Form AN

Name of Employer/Business:
I was working for close to 5.5 years paying tax. After that I was out of work and now on allowances.
Can you pls. let me know what to write in the above??

Can I write I was working with Company x till xxx date.
OR
I was out of work since xxx date and on allowance since then??
If I write this, should I need to furnish Jobcenterplus address etc?

where onthe form must your write your employer?

This is on page:10 Good character requirement.

We need to give details like: Occupation,name of employer,address of employer and tax office ref. no

Can you pls. let me know what needs to be filled in the form AN in section 3 ?? I have appointment next monday..
