My friend has applied for student visa extension. In the meantime he has got his result (while waiting for FLR(S) to be decided) and has asked HO to vary the application to PSW visa.
Now she is waiting for 12 weeks now to get a response. Her father (living abroad) is unwell and she would like to travel abroad. She is thinking of writing to HO asking them to treat her application urgently.
What she needs to do in order to speed up the application? Do they listen to such request?
If anyone has recently made an urgent request then please advice.
