hi guys. I am very thankful for this site for a very informative in many ways. Finally, me and my husband got our ILR:) We went to Birmingham PEO.

I have another query pls. My daugther was born here in UK in July 2005 out of marriage while I am still in WP visa. Me and her father is married now. She is almost 4 years old now and living in my country. I am going to get her back to UK, do you think she is eligible for Brit citizen bec she was born here in UK or i will get her as my dependant? Any help will be appreciated. Thank you all.

She is eligible to register (chapter 8, section 1(3)).
