ILR AND 5 YEARS

HOW COME ASYLUM CLAIMANTS(both new and legacy cases) ARE RECIEVING DIFFERENT TIME LIMITS TO STAY IN THE UK.SOME ARE GETTING 5 YRS AND SOME ILR.IS THERE ANYONE WHO KNOWS WHY THE DIFFERENCE

Depends on the merits of the case. Others because of their long residence & additional compassionate circumstances are granted ILR whilst others are granted refugee status. Everybody's circumstances are different.
