Do you think David Metcalf (MAC advisor) will be a lap dog for the Home Office and restrict Tier 2 even further. If it did, wonder if it would apply to people already in the UK?

The HO probably won't curtail the WP of the thousands of migrants working in non-shortage occupations. But the new rules will probably apply to extensions.
