My husband has just got his 2 year spouse visa to the uk, Im British and he is from Guyana (South America). We would like to go on hoilday to St maartens which is in the netherland antillies ..i dont need a visa ...but does he need a visa to go there? if so where do we go to get one. Please note that he was brought up in st maartens and did overstay there..but we went to guyana and got married and he got his visa for the uk.
