Getting married in scotland

Post by Jamal1234 » Sun Mar 15, 2009 9:37 pm

I am an international student, been here 5 years and still have a valid leave to remain, I am getting married to a british citizen, If I was to get married to her in scotland, would i need to get a certificate of approval. I am aware that if i get married in England, I need a COA.
