HSMP extn under Tier1 - docs for Qualification and English l

Hi,

My inital HSMP visa which I got for 2 years in April 2007 is now going to expire on 23rd April 2009. So I have apply for extension now,

I have the following questions

1. For qualification I am claiming 35 points under HSMP extension.I already proved this requirement when I initally applied HSMP in 2007. Do I need to send my Masters certifcate for extension?

2. English language - I already proved this requirement when I initally applied HSMP in 2007. So Do I need send the proof again for extension?

Please confirm.

No, you don't need to provide it. It's clearly mentioned in in application form and guidance. Have a good reading of it, should clear most of your doubts.

1. No degree certificate required.
2. No need for English language proof for extensions.
