Can i marry with any type of coa e.g from human right app?

hi all is there a special coa for maring or can one use anyone e.g eea application coa, or from human right application?

There is a great danger here of confusing two totally different types of documents. Unfortunately both tend to get known as CoA ... but they are totally different, and serve very different purposes.
  1. CoA = Certificate of Approval to Marry (or enter into Civil Partnership)
  2. CoA = Confirmation of Application ... relating to an application on one of the EEA series of forms
It is only type 1 that has anything to do about permission to get married (or enter into a CP). Type 2 is totally useless .... for that purpose.
