Please urgent Help...........ILR (M)

My cousin is married to British citizen and the two yrs indefinite is due to expire on 16/08/2009. At the moment this all the documents they have
1. Water Bill in joint names
2. Gas bill in joint names
3. Electricity Bill in joint names
4. Bank statement in individual names
can someone please advise on her chances of getting ILR granted these documents cover the two yrs they have been living together. she is due to take the test on 23/07/09

Due to take the test .... last month?

Those documents ..... are they spaced out in time over the two-year period?

sorry the test is due to be taken on 23/07/2009 and visa expires on 15/08/09
and also the documents are spaced out over the two years
