Any travel restrictions on ILR to work outside the uk

i have obtained ILR couple of months back. My work location is going to change to Germany . I am planning to make frequent visits to the UK as my family would live in the UK and they too have ILR (and wife not working). As i would be not working in the UK i would have to fill in the P85. I am planning to retun to the UK in one year time. I have a non-EU passport. have following questions..

1.having filled P85, would there be any travel restrictions for me to make frequent visits to the UK during this one year period though i have an ILR and with family staying in the UK?

2. if my family continues to stay in the UK on ILR, and complete the 6 years period of stay in the uk, would they be eligible for citizenship? is there any restriction as to the bread earner should be working in the UK. for the family to get citizenship?
