Will money be refunded if withdraw application?

Post by inzellhsw » Mon Jul 20, 2009 11:49 am

Hi Guys,

Any idea whether the money will be refunded if I withdraw my application?

I can't seem to find out this information on UKBA website.

Many thanks!

it's ILR under JR.

It takes such a long time (more than 1 month). So I'm thinking to pay extra money for in-person via solicitor.

I know generally 1-month is not a long time. But I knew there are several cases applied later than me already got approval.

This might not solve your problem. If there is something 'complicated' about your case it may end back in the postal route and at the back of the queue. so you may end up paying twice and waiting even longer.
