Need help in Tier 1 Application

I am switching my visa from PSW to Tier 1.

Couple of questions?

First,
I worked in a company through an agency for 9 months. Now working for another company. I got proper payslips and payments in bank statements.

I have masters from UK and age is 25. My earning claim period is from Sep 08 – Sep 09.

On December 2008 one of the payments (weekly pay) was made by my agency in a different name, but the amount and the date is matching with my payslip.

Is this a problem to include that pay in my list? Since my earning is just around 20K. If I am not including that pay, I will be earning in total only 20,158£.


Second,
I haven’t got P60 for last year, but I have got P45 from the previous employer. Can I use this as an additional proof for earning other than bank statements and payslips?.
But the P45 is form July 08 – April 09 , I only need to show the earning from September 08 – April 09.

Remaining period - till Sep 09 I have proofs from new employer.

Can anyone please send any suggestions.

It will be helpful to keep me stop worrying.

You dont need to show P46/60's if you are already providing Payslips and Bank Statements. If all the amounts match then mention the reason for that one salary payment in different name in your covering letter, and if possible a letter from the respective employer/agency would be great.

It should be fine.

1. If figure in Bank Statement + Payslips matches...you are fine. Description in bank statement sometimes changes.

2. Bank Statement+Payslips is the best and most straight forward combination to apply for Tier-1.If you have bank statement +payslips you are good to go. Don't bother including P45 or P60 as they won;t help you anyway since you are covering period two financial years.
