HSMP JR refund

I wonder if anyone has already received a one-off refund as a result of HSMP Judicial Review? I applied in may and received a letter from Home Office in mid June that the refund was granted and I should receive a cheque. But nothing has arrived yet.

it takes 2-3 weeks to get the cheque.

well, it's been almost 3 months already. I called HO but they said it was not their issue any more.

thats surprising as i received mine within 3 weeks. HO passes the file on to their accounts and they process the cheque.
i would suggest write them a letter enquiring about it.
