Student First & then TIER I-GENERAL

Post by shughal » Sat Sep 12, 2009 3:54 am

Hi All,

Seeking for an advice from all having knowledge about it.My PSW Visa is going to be expired on Feb, 2010.I want to apply for TierI-General before it in Jan,2010. If i am rejected, would i be able to apply for a student Visa immediately after this decision?

OR Can i apply for a student visa before my PSW-VISA get expired & if yes then after having Student Visa, Can i apply for TierI-General after this student visa to secure my self in case, i am rejected for HSMP.

It was,has been & is very confusing for me.
All the seniors are requested to help as due to earnings problems i am seeing less chances to gain Tier I.

Many regards

If you have ur student visa validity even after tier1 rejection you can apply any of the PSW or tier1 again..

which one to apply depends on ur case n confidence you have in ur application.. you need to decide or ask us in doubt

Thanks indeed Ramesh,

I infact posted a question seeking an advice as well but i could not get the reply for the first part of my question that if having PSW Visa i apply for HSMP & rejected then in that case would i be able to apply for the Student visa immediately adter rejection or i will be instructed to leave the country in 10 days as my PSW visa would have expired during the HSMP processing.

Kind regards

If you have ur student visa validity even after tier1 rejection
As mentioned in my earlier post.. it applies the same for student visa also.. if you have validity left on ur visa (even just 1week or 2days based on how much u r ready to send the docs back for ur fresh application..) then you can go for the next application..
If not, yeah u have to leave the country in the time period they give u..

But to avail the opportunity to apply again incase rejected.. apply ASAP to buy that time..
hope this answers ur query.. feel free to revert back
