ILR for dependants

I have just been granted ILR after 14 years of unlawful residence. I have 2 children with my wife (marriage certificate from abroad) .

My wife is on a student visa and the 2 kids are on her visa. Kids are 6 and 2.
Her documents are at the HO for renewal.

How can i apply for ILR for them? is it automatic for the kids?

Forgot to mention that the kids were born here and that the wife has been on a student visa sine 2002
