Hi Mvent & Chetan

Thanks a lot. I will modify it accrodingly.
I could not use same Cover letter as what Chetan did.

I copied most of the format from Chetan and also took some others Cover letters format who had applied from india posted in the Cover letters section in the website.

No doubt chetan's is excellent but I had to do it in this way as it explains in detail considering my application being in ireland.

For eg in Chetan's Cover letter for Education
He mentioned as Degree Original attatched.

Where is the explanation of Transcripts attatched etc.
We have to mention the contacts for university, Employers and Bank
That I couldn't find.

Another one is conversion of maintaince funds. I had to explain because it is in Euro. May be chetan dint require conversion

I am pretty sure my cover letter wouldnt fit in 1 page Unless I have the Main Cover letter precise and again prepare Cover letters for each and every section explaining in detail (this is avoided by just using one single cover letter)

Do you want me to attatch TABLE OF CONTENTS as chetan did or is it not required Or Shall I just stick to this format.

I am thinking of Having Seperate Page Mentioning SECTION HEADINGS LIKE

EDUCATION (then comes all certificates originals etc)
PREVIOUS EARNINGS

Normally every applicant has a different scenario, so everyone cannot use the same cover letter. Chetan´s cover letter is an excellent presentation of the application summary, very pleasant looking and easy to read. You can modify it according to your situation.

Where is the explanation of Transcripts attatched etc. [You don't need to attach transcript as far as your are attaching Degree]
We have to mention the contacts for university, Employers and Bank
That I couldn't find. [You only need to attach Degree which usually contain details of the university. You don't need to provide details of contact in your university. You also do not need to provide details of bank especially if it is recognised bank. But you add the same point in your explainination in main cover letter (or individual cover letter which I sent you separately). For contact details of your employer, it is covered in the salary explaination cover letter in the link I provided.

Another one is conversion of maintaince funds. I had to explain because it is in Euro. May be chetan dint require conversion . This will be justa another extra line in your main cover letter of your cover letter for your individual section.

I am pretty sure my cover letter wouldnt fit in 1 page Unless I have the Main Cover letter precise and again prepare Cover letters for each and every section explaining in detail (this is avoided by just using one single cover letter) I personally used cover letters for individual sections as well to make sure application looks partitioned and arranged as per the sections. This also makes application eye-candy

Yes you can use the same and also use table of content

Again it is upto you to use the format available on this site as per your requirements.
