Tier 1 dependant

Post by mmore » Tue Oct 20, 2009 4:46 am

Hi,

Once the tier 1 visa is approved, I understand I need to enter the UK within 3 months from the date of approval. I plan to apply a visa for my spouse as well. My question is, after getting the approval, can my dependant start working even though I am out of the country and employed in some other country. I will enter UK once within 3 months for a short period of 15 days or so.

Please advise.

Thanks!
M
