psw dependent from india

i need information about a dependent application from india for tire1(psw),which form(vaf2 or vaf10) i have to use and which documents i need to keep with application. can you please guide me guys

VAF 10 form, check on UKBA website, what is current date of VAF10 need to file,

original passport of spouse
2 her photographs
fees RS 22550/-
accomodation letter
your passport's photocopy
your bank statement for the last 3 months (£800) amount should not fall below that, statement should not be older than 1 month from your filing date,
sponsor letter
marriage certificate (original)
marriage photographs
your employer letter, if u r working
6 months payslip
P60 form for 3 year, if u got

if only u r applying then £800 pound but u r applying for dependent then it would be £1600
