doubt abt dependent visa

doubt abt dependent visa

Hi all,

My visa is due to expire on dec 1st 2009 me n my wife r planning to apply in couple of days.
But my wife has to go to India in Nov due to some reasons so if by chance stay back in India how can she again apply for dependent visa.

Does her clock for ILR will reset again wht documents she has to submit from India then.

Anyone had such experience.

Best way to get extension for her and then go india.
