uk spouse visa

hi everyone
can anybody help me please
i am from Afghanistan and i was deported from UK
as a failed asylum seeker 3 years ago. Then i applied for
study visa but i was refused also. Now i am marrying to my gf
who is british citizen, now my question is
will my previous immigration history affect my new visa application as a spouse of british citizen?

Not unless you used deception to initially enter the UK.

Or your sole intention is to come and live in the UK one way or the other.

I think you will probally be refused as your marriage will be seen as a marriage of convieniance. Your initial attempts of failed asylum and then student visa is a good indication of your intentions ( meaning you want to try every possible way to get into UK).
