I extended my Tier one immigrant visa a couple of months ago, and will be able to apply for permanent residential(PR) in 2 years. I receive a new job offer from a Swiss company. They will send me to Swiss headquarter for a couple of years. How can I keep my Tier one immigrant visa? How long can I leave UK board under this programme? Should I apply for staying in this new company's UK office payroll?
