Hi

I am going to apply for Tier 1 and would like to ask a question regarding my earnings

actually i am working in a company since November 2008 and i am going to complete my 1 year by today, can i apply with my 12 months payslips along with 12 months bank statements to gain points under earnings.

Could you guys please guide me regarding this

If i will chnage my company in next month thus can i apply under my previous company by staing about the present copmany. please note that in both the cases my salary is above the required limit.

Yes, you can change the compny. It has no relation with your Tier 1 application. As ong as you can score necessary points, you can apply anytime you want.

Yes, you can apply with your current payslips and also change employment next month. Tier-1 application has nothing to do with how many times you change employment as far as you meet the required earning creteria and provide evidence for the same.
Make sure to mention all employers detail(if you are claiming more than one employer).
