Tier 1 Visa

Hi,

I have a workpermit with a current employer since 2007 august , can this be transferred to Tier 1 Visa? If yes what is the procedure.

I do not have a masters degree to qualify under HSMP .Are there any other alternatives?

WP is not transferrable to Tier1(G) visa.. it will be a fresh initial application so u need to qualify as per the new rules. sorry to say that..

Yes since applying for Tier1(G) from WP will be considered as fresh/initial application and not an extension..

You need to have Masters degree
