Plz help where can i find HOME OFFICE refference number

I m currently on HSMP visa and i need to extend my visa i have filled complete TIER1 general form only place left to fill in is HOME OFFICE Refferece no i got my 1st extension of visa in 2006 for a yr and then i changed to HSMP from student status in 2007. can u help me what shall i write in HOME OFFICE refferece NO where can i find it in my VISA sticker on passport. Plz reply me ASAP thankx.

the reference number would be on the letter you received which should have said that you have got the visa or alternately, use the visa number on your passport from HO

Just wanted to confirm as i got my extention in Uk twice before this
one was extension of student visa for thesis in 2006
and one was when i got my HSMP visa in 2007
they both stickers have a no written on top of visa sticker starting with UK followed by 7 digit no.. shall i put both of them in form or the most recent one only ?? is it compulsory to write it?

For Ref No: Yes. Put the no. starting with UKxxxx.

For PBS Migrant No.: mention in the form as well as cover letter that you have not been assigned one.

do i need to send all the pages of form (as its a 57 page form)
or the pages related to my category i have marked the extra pages(not applicable to me) with a big line and wrote N.A on them already.

hi Parvez,

Its a good idea to just send the complete form and not mess around with relevance of the various pages.

This has been discussed earlier and almost al of us sent the complete form just to avoid any mishap of any kind.

Out of curiosity I might be asking a silly question
I have read entire Tier 1 (general) form and guidelines..
Do we need to submit any photocopies of original like in 2 sets 1st original and 2nd photocopies!! there is nothing about photocopy of original set in entire guidelines !!

No you don;t have to submit photocopies of your documents. But you can keep one set for your reference or future use.
