Question regarding Tier 1 dependent visa

Hi,

Currently I am in UK under Tier 1 visa. Recently I got married and want to process Tier 1 dependent visa for my wife. Since my wife got her passport befor her marriage, hence my name is not mentioned under spouse name and marital status show single in her passport. Also my wife sure name and my my sure name is different. I don't want that my wife should chage her sure name. We have valid marriage certificate.

I just want to know, will the above will be a problem for applying tier 1 visa ?
Can marriage certificate is sufficient proof for applying Tier 1 visa ?

YES Marriage Certificate is enough for that but you can also attach few marriage photos / marriage invitation card with her application..

ther is no where in develop word or in india any law that after marriage wife have to change her name

it is our traditions so we change or ask our wife to change their family name
