When exit?

Post by 1400 Years » Sat Nov 07, 2009 3:07 pm

In the event of a rejection, and no right of appeal, and if the visa has already expired by the time the HO return the documents, in how many days is one required to leave the country?

as above.

I know one of my friend who over stayed by 3 months. In that case you have to get some sort of letter from immigration services so you don't get asked questions at border control here and in the country of destination.
