Full Time Job on student visa but after finishing Course

Post by email257525 » Mon Nov 09, 2009 4:07 pm

Friends

I am thinking to apply to switch to tier 1 g from psw.

My details are as follows,

Finished master degree: sep 2008
Started working full time: oct 2008
Psw issued : jan 2009
Currently on PSW valid untill JAN 2011

Can i show my earning period from nov 2008 to oct 2009. I heared that while being on student visa u can nt work full time even if u have finished ur course. Also heared that u can not show ur student visa earning to qualify 4 tier 1 general.

I was issued a letter from University saying i am allowed to work full time before i started a job in OCT 2008. i have that letter with me, also i spoke to uni again and they are willing to issue me a latest letter that i was allowed to work.

Can some one please put light on it, shall i apply for Tier 1 G by including student visa full time job earning and psw full time job earning,

I was going through Tier 1 G notes, i come across page no 22 para 115, Does this apply to me or can it affect my case.

Thanks

personally think, if your uni was finished and you got your full time job by oct 08 then you should be able to show the earnings from oct 08. baring in mind, you have to have a masters degree as bachelors' ain't eligible for tier 1 general anymore.

seniors wil add.
