Hi guys, it has been 2 yrs already and I am back to the boards for some advice.
I am going ahead with my application for the Tier 1 visa under the PBS. I already have an HSMP which expires Mar 2010. I have a date for Dec 2009 for an in-person application.
My application pack includes.
1. Application Form
2. Fresh new photos
3. Covering Letter
4. Proof of Income
a. 10 months bank statements with the salary credit clearly highlighted
b. Letter from employer with details of monthly gross and net salary for the last 10 months.
c. Pay slips, with company stamp. Now THERE might be an issue as I dont seem to have a couple of my pay slips. I am trying to get duplicates here. Do you think there will be a problem considering I am providing 2 other income proofs.
5. Bank statements for an ISA account with £2800 balance for last 6 months. Is this acceptable????
Do i need to provide my IELTS score and masters certificate?? I have a Masters from a Uk university? I had provided this info in my original HSMP application.
Look forward to your replys! As always help and advice on TIER 1 is sincerely appreciated! Cheers

2. Fresh new photos (since ur appointment is in December pls make sure ur photos are less than 1month old at the time of appointment)
3. Covering Letter

(Dup payslips with sign/stamp of ur employer shd be fine.. but if u have employee letter with tabular details of gross net tax date of payment etc.. it is good though payslips and letter are from same source.. just make sure NET amount in payslip/letter matches exactly with bankstatement
5. Bank statements for an ISA account with £2800 balance for last 6 months. Is this acceptable???? - It is OK but u require to show only 800£ if u are applying for urselves
Do i need to provide my IELTS score and masters certificate?? I have a Masters from a Uk university? I had provided this info in my original HSMP application. - NO you already proved them in ur HSMP Visa, but if u have ur degree docs just enclose them aswell
- Trust you are enclosing PBS Summary sheet (though not mandatory but its easy n good to have)
Look forward to your replys! As always help and advice on TIER 1 is sincerely appreciated! Cheers

Thanks tvn_Ramesh..
1. Yes Photos will be less than 1 month old.
2. I still trying to find the original pay slips, but the letter just summarises the info easily as well. So I might go along with all three. No harm done, specially as it is an In-person application
3. Oh I thought it was £800 per month so I was calculationg it as £800x3=£2400. If it is just an average ballance of £800, then I should have my current account details as well. I am assuming the original posted bank statements will be accepted. OR Do I need to get some letter signed from the bank.
4. Thanks for reminding me of the summary sheet!
Cheers

Please make sure the funds of 800 GBP is maintained on each and every day of those 3months and make sure this amount is not even less by 1pence.. HO is very strict on this..
Bankstatements sent to ur home address (originals ) are accepted no need to get them signed or letter is required.. if they are original
