What does the Home Office mean about needing "Permissio

Post by GSOtodd » Sat Nov 14, 2009 10:16 pm

to be in the UK, even those already in the UK. I've already been granted permission to stay by further leave to remain. Is this anything to worry about? Man, why do they keep doing this. Every three months there is a new law and people are getting sick. I don't worry about getting redundant, I fear that some law is going to kick in and I get deported.

You should not be worried - its just a change in name of leave to remain/enter. Just keep an eye on the rules which will be finalised re your VISA category - qualification and settlement, both.

what do you mean, rules that will be finalised? Do you mean the fact that they are changing the points system (advertising requirements, upping the earnings qualifications, etc). Are you also referring to Citizenship Bill?
