ILR query

Post by Petana » Fri Nov 27, 2009 10:45 am

Hiya, just hoping someone could advise or share past experience. My husband is an Iraqi who is in the immigration legacy cases backlog. He has applied for ILR in 2007 and have been contacted last week asking for 4 passport photographs of myself and all his dependants. Does it mean they will reach decision soon? thx

As also mentioned by Ramesh, I too think you should be getting positive response otherwise they won't ask you to send photographs.
