Tier 2 - Unpaid leave

Post by addictive_mate » Tue Dec 08, 2009 12:53 am

Hi Guys,

I am currently on Tier 2 visa and would like to go to Canada for an MBA. My employer is willing to offer me an unpaid leave during my stay in Canada and I would be an employee of the company though I wont be getting paid. Would my Tier 2 visa still be valid on my return to UK?

Your response would me appreciated!

Your visa will be Valid but it has adverse effects on further extension and ILR in future..
