Help for filling up the form

I have got few doubts while filling up the application form for me and my dependants. Could you please clarify me those?

1. Home office Reference number
2. Points based system migrant referance number
3. United Kingdom ID Card number
4. Identity Card for Foreign Nationals (ICFN) details
5. reference number on the entry clearance or visa which can be found on the applicant's passport

I have got the answers for the first 4 questions in another topic that I had posted. But, since it was irrelevant to post these questions there, created a new topic and posting these.

For, Q5, is it the number in RED on top right corner of the visa/entry clearance or the VAF number?
