accounant acting for ltd company or myself?

hi,
My company accounts are prepared and submitted by accountant and they are approved by companies house..

For my ltd company dividend earnings, dividend vouchers are generated and signed by company secretary on my company letter head ...

As the earnings are from my own ltd company, i asked the accountant to issue a letter to confirm the dividend earnings..

He confirmed the dividend earnings but in his letter , he mentioned that he was acting as accountant for the ltd company and confirmed the earnings..
Is that letter o.k?

or do i need a accountant letter , accountant acting for my self instead of ltd company?
